About us:

We’re Talking Mental Health, a company dedicated to changing the conversation about mental health.

Founded in 2020, we began as a social discussion website for people to share their mental health experiences with others. Our intent was, and still is, to help people realise they are not alone and to encourage people to seek help when needed.

Now, a year after starting our journey, we have expanded the kind of conversation we have on our site with the introduction of our Features page. From opinion pieces to tips & tricks articles, we explore some of the most pressing and thought-provoking aspects of mental health today.

Our Features page is key to achieving our ultimate goal of changing the conversation about mental health. By collecting and showcasing a range of different voices discussing a variety of mental health topics, we kickstart the process of making mental health a mainstream conversation, reducing stigma and making it easier for people to broach the subject of their mental wellbeing with friends, family and healthcare professionals.
